TANK MIXTURES OF DUPONT™ ASANA® XL
INSECTICIDE WITH GLYPHOSATE FOR INSECT
CONTROL IN “ROUNDUP READY” SUGAR BEET IN
THE STATES OF COLORADO, IDAHO, MICHIGAN,
MONTANA, MINNESOTA, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA,
AND WYOMING
This recommendation is made as permitted under FIFRA Section 2(ee) and has not been submitted to or approved by EPA.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner
inconsistent with its labeling.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Restricted entry interval (REI) is 12 hours
Do not apply within 21 days of harvest.
Do not apply more than 0.15 lb ai per acre per season of
ASANA® XL.
DuPont™ ASANA® XL insecticide is recommended for use in
tank mixtures with glyphosate herbicide formulations (e.g.,
“Roundup”) for insect control in “Roundup Ready” sugar beet.
Apply ASANA® XL as a broadcast, or equivalent banded-rate,
treatment at the rate of 0.03 - 0.05 lb ai/acre (5.8 to 9.6 fluid
ounces product per acre) in sufficient water to obtain thorough
coverage (minimum of 15 GPA by ground and 2 GPA by air).

When tank mixing ASANA® with glyphosate; use the most
restrictive of label limitations and precautions. No label dosage
rates should be exceeded. This product cannot be mixed with
any product containing a label prohibition against such mixing.
A test to determine physical compatibility should be conducted
before field mixtures of a particular combination are made.
